Carlo Luca della Quercia srl operates in the production of semi-finished products in gold and silver and finished jewelry and for third parties, the vision of the Management is to maintain the positioning and increase it, To do this, the organization is attentive to external factors and their changes in terms of technical, product, sectoral, service, cultural, social, environmental, regulatory and legislative requirements.
Carlo Luca della Quercia. srl has adopted the standard Code of practices - cop and is a guarantor of promoting practices that are responsible from the ethical, human rights, social and environmental points of view throughout the gold and platinoid supply chain.
Carlo Luca della Quercia. srl is attentive to the strategic factors to achieve specific development objectives that from time to time are declined in the strategic indications of the Management.
Carlo Luca della Quercia srl is attentive to the internal factors typical of the sector, from the satisfaction of the members, to the satisfaction and development of human resources, from the use of financial resources to promote investments, to the attention on the aspects of safety and the environment.
Carlo Luca della Quercia srl is attentive to the factors of internal and external sustainability that are expressed in the ethical aspects of work, social and environmental for this has also adopted the objectives of RJC (Responsible Jewellery Council)sharing the overall objective of a globally responsible supply chain that promotes confidence in the global jewelry industry through the adoption of the RJC Procedure Code for the application of sustainable practices throughout the gold supply chain and platinoids from extraction to retail.
We are committed to sharing the OECD (Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas) guidelines by integrating ethical, human, social and environmental considerations into our daily activities, to denounce and not to practice corruption, false declarations of origin, money laundering and the payment of taxes, charges and rights to governments, in compliance with national and international legislation.
Carlo Luca della Quercia srl is committed to respecting fundamental human rights and the dignity of the individual, according to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights sanctioned by the United Nations.

Carlo Luca della Quercia srl undertakes not to resort to any form of forced labour, on bail, under a binding contract and not to limit the freedom of movement of employees and employees.

We are committed to:
• require suppliers to provide guarantees regarding all processed diamonds
• inform suppliers in writing of the obligation to provide such guarantees
• keep the guarantees for at least five years.
We are committed to spreading our policy and our commitment throughout the supply chain.
